Dimi Paris Posted December 20, 2010 Share #1 Posted December 20, 2010 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hello everyone! I recently found a Leica Ernst Leitz Wetzlar D.R.P. with Summicron 1:2 F=5cm lens. There is no serial number on the body. Serial number of the lens is 2073355. Does anyone have any information about this, most likely replica, camera? Thanks in advance!

earleygallery Posted December 23, 2010 Share #4 Posted December 23, 2010 I did already answer your query in your other thread. It's a Russian camera, not a Leica. Same with the lens I'm afraid. Looks like a Fed body and Jupiter lens. Value circa £25-50 if in working order although somone might pay a little more for the fake Leica badging. http://www.butkus.org/chinon/russian/fed_2/fed_2.htm

earleygallery Posted December 23, 2010 Share #6 Posted December 23, 2010 Should add, if it is in good order, and you have a good copy of the Jupiter lens, it's still capable of excellent images.
