Rona!d Posted March 30, 2017 Share #9521 Â Posted March 30, 2017 Advertisement (gone after registration) I was tempted to think of the (early) Simca Vedette, but the grille looks different.
Advertisement Posted March 30, 2017 Posted March 30, 2017 Hi Rona!d, Take a look here Name this car..... I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
wizard Posted March 30, 2017 Share #9522 Â Posted March 30, 2017 (edited) Looks definitely French. Could be a Facel Vega HK 500. Â Actually, I am pretty sure it IS a Facel Vega HK 500. Edited March 30, 2017 by wizard
Rona!d Posted March 30, 2017 Share #9523 Â Posted March 30, 2017 I thought (by mistake) Facel had been excluded. Sure it is the HK500 and that would have been my next riddle car as well ;-)
Rona!d Posted March 30, 2017 Share #9524 Â Posted March 30, 2017 It could also well be the predecessor of the HK 500 - the "FVS" (FV 4-3, 1958).

Rona!d Posted April 3, 2017 Share #9531 Â Posted April 3, 2017 Is it a prototype? Is it a beach car or pickup (prototype or small series)? European or US or others?
a.j.z Posted April 3, 2017 Share #9532 Â Posted April 3, 2017 Is it a prototype? Is it a beach car or pickup (prototype or small series)? European or US or others? Â I am asking the questions here, you should find the answer ;-) Â Â It was a production car. I understand the pickup-idea but this is just due to clever cropping (it is not even close to a pickup, maybe you could say its the contrary). Â The reasons, why I post such a crop are called Wilson and Ronald, because I want the riddle to survive at least a couple of hours ...
Rona!d Posted April 3, 2017 Share #9533 Â Posted April 3, 2017 Haha. Great. Asking these questions should be a help for others to find the car! We started that way a couple of years ago.
