AlthoughFrazer Nash build some cars like this between 1935 and 1940 I think that you will find that Talbot Lago was a French concern, whereas Talbot in England was a separate entity. robert_parker Posted June 24, 2011 Share #1644 Posted June 24, 2011 I think that you will find that Talbot Lago was a French concern, whereas Talbot in England was a separate entity. ..but the French concern does have the advantage of a slightly cooler name....
Bill Allsopp Posted June 24, 2011 Share #1645 Posted June 24, 2011 Definitely the Talbot emblem so i suspect this is a 105 but I'm not familiar with one that has a back end like this.
Dr. No Posted June 24, 2011 Share #1646 Posted June 24, 2011 I think that you will find that Talbot Lago was a French concern, whereas Talbot in England was a separate entity. so which car is it now? you took the picture right? Rona!d Posted June 25, 2011 Share #1651 Posted June 25, 2011 This thread slowed down significantly. Is it because of the age of the car?

Pete, I would highly appreciate if you could name the concrete MODEL. I know a couple of Talbot London models, but not this one which I suspect is a sports version of the ones with the two or three digit model numbers. An Alpine in this shape sounds NEW to me. Please lighten up this riddle with a concrete model name/number and not only who came closest please. Thanks! Edited June 25, 2011 by Rona|d
Rona!d Posted June 27, 2011 Share #1655 Posted June 27, 2011 Pete, what shall we do, to make you name the model? Please!
