Wonderful thread. I have lurked here and just happened to pop on right after the LM002 was posted. I haven't seen any particular rules, but I assume Leica snaps only -so I ran out and grabbed a few!

Common is a bad word I suppose... too broad?

 

I suppose I meant: I tried to grab a current vehicle and attempt to shoot it "off" enough that it would not immediately spring to mind, especially on short notice... there have been some really beautiful, unique cars in this thread!

 

In the basest sense, you don't really see *that many* in the states, particularly in my region. Stepping up a bit in meaning... yes, an extensive use of aluminum -wonderful (except for insuring) and yes, a great deal of mech/tech -wonderful (except when not working and/or repairing).
