Bixi Posted April 27, 2013 Author Share #562 Posted April 27, 2013 Here comes a quick "Hello" from Bixi! I am blown away, that this tread is still going .... Loving all the self portraits which you post here. I am well, working on a book (photographs of New Zealand artists and art dealers), and hope to get this book published by the end of this year. Wishing you all the best and keep on shooting ... Sandokan Posted June 5, 2013 Share #566 Posted June 5, 2013 Me in the birthplace of Ernst Leitz (Bad Sulzburg). The below text may help explain the "Leica Train". Interesting town - a well integrated town with the local Jewish community protected (as much as possible) by the locals (the Synagogue survived and the graveyard was restored by the locals after the Nazis left (that was my understanding from the German tour)). Maybe soon I will post some more photos. Welcome, dear visitor! farnz Posted November 30, 2013 Share #575 Posted November 30, 2013 And of course my new avatar<<<<-------- PLEASE NO!!!! That is THE most irritating avatar I have ever seen: the images flip through so fast that I just can't look at it at all! If it stays the way it is I'm going to have no choice but to make you the first ever person on my Ignore List so that I don't see your avatar. farnz Posted November 30, 2013 Share #578 Posted November 30, 2013 Jip, Better, but I have to confess still irritating and very distracting. It's like those intensely irritating animated side-bar ads on webpages that are designed to drag your eyes over to them and once you have it's impossible to ignore them. I call them 'baseball bat ads'. Pete.
