All, hello, my name is Jeremy. I am a brand new Leica owner and am thoroughly pleased. I am also brand new to the forums. I have owned my D-Lux 4 for a week now, and carry it with me everywhere. It is so much more convenient than my Canon 1D Mk II. I shoot from my car a lot as I am on the road to and from work. I also shoot a lot when at lunch. I'll post a few recent images here as part of my introduction. Enjoy, and nice meeting all of you.

Jeremy -

Welcome to the Forum. You have an excellent eye and I look forward to seeing many more of your photos. In number one, which is excellent for moment, composition, detail and deoph, I think it would benefit from brightening the shadow details a bit.

Thanks for the tip Stuart. I'll process a version from the RAW file to get some detail back. The shot you see is the jpg made by the camera in dynamic b&w mode, so I am certain there are some details in the RAW I can bring out.

I look forward to learning from all here.
