Jean-Luc No, I didn't draw it--it was given to me just that way. A good barista does these designs, and they are actually called "the flower" by those in the business. It is mostly done by pouring the steamed milk into the espresso in a certain way, then finished off with the stem of the thermometer they use get the milk to the proper temperature. I saw with my eyes several barmans drawing on the milk foam with a toothpick creating small masterpieces that last the time of taking the cup and drink.
