In order to find a regular procedure to handle these, please use this thread to declare your intent to attend the meeting. Robert and I hope to be ready with the program and registration forms by end of March. Most probably we'll handle the registration for the workshops in advance and together with a binding registration. As soon as we are ready for that, we'll first inform members who committed to come in this thread and poll. We are looking forward to meet you!
