Despite follow-up and a formal written reminder, I never received the product or a refund. Mr. Overgaard offers online courses and materials for Leica enthusiasts via prepayment, but my experience was that the product was never delivered – and many others report similar problems. Research across platforms like Leica Forum, Reddit, and Trustpilot revealed numerous comparable complaints. 250swb Posted June 30 Share #6 Posted June 30 (edited) It shouldn’t be necessary to pay for a course about a Noctilux, there are many user guides already on the internet, if not just using common sense about how to turn the aperture dial. But regarding refunds the guy needs to pay for commissioning his elephant skin luggage so cut him some slack or it may not just be elephants that get killed to make his luggage bags, but what could be next, cats, or dogs, or any other animal that is close to the modern human zeitgeist 😔 Edited June 30 by 250swb Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

But there is no limit on refund time, nor any reason necessary.
