And the more expensive glue bottle without the red dot - just a picture of a screw.

Also the Limited Edition Apo Glue with red script, brass cap in glossy black paint with the bottle made from special glass with an aspheric curve. Only 600 made and yours for €10,000.

Well, the proof of the pudding is in the eating (not the video). 🤪

But I will watch with interest. 2027 would mean my M10s have completed the 10-year tour-of-duty for which I signed them up in Feb. 2017.

The faster frame rate may mean a faster shutter action overall, even for single frames (no more stapler kuh-chunk). Or even global shutter and global sensor readout without distortions (NO mechanical shutter at all).

Seriously higher ISO output (2 stops over the M10's 10000 - which was 2 stops over the M9/M(240) - would be my target-point).

Exactly what is meant by "hybrid viewfinder" may be interesting. (Don't quote me the dictionary definition! What is Leica's definition?)

Whether it retains the svelteness of the M10 would be important - as well as weight.

A sidelong reference to "your videos" - is M-camera video back in the cards?

On-off settings for every feature - including the back screen's touch function - would always be a plus.

We shall see.....

An M11 + IBIS would be enough for me but the hybrid VF sounds interesting indeed. Wait and see what the EVF-M will be, if any, in the meantime.

It would be nice to add a Global Shutter or at least EFC.

Screenshot from the video above. I guess the lens shown is a Summicron 35 asph. 11673 but can anyone here tell me which lens hood he is using? Could it be the one from the Summarit 35 2.4 (12439)?

I watched that video and wished I'd stuck to my rule that video info is for those who never learned to read and write. There is nothing in it that couldn't be guessed or predicted. 'Leaked specs' that include nothing specific, but possibilities described as rumours. Frankly this is just guess work with a hyper-excited voiceover.

i am wondering how true is this buyerblitz video ? can it be trusted ? all they show are M11s...

i wouldn't mind to see in an M12-D : IBIS, global shutter, focus peaking in the HVF (on button press).

lots of scenery was taken in Zürich and Genève.

Proof that robots can be excited as well. Just got the video in French, an auto translation i guess, not a bad one TBH.

Yes I agree - infantile video.

The creator of the video has no idea. Leica has officially declared that there will be no hybrid viewfinder because it is not feasible in the necessary quality. Also: The M camera could probably be made more waterproof than it already is. But that makes no sense, because the lenses are not waterproof and neither is the bayonet.

Leica has obviously managed to keep its cards close to its chest this time. We are approaching 100 pages in this thread, and still we have no real clue as to what we can expect.
