Eye of the beholder, I love that one shoulder is lower than the other, adds interest.

Agreed. It gives the composition a subtle (and IMHO, graceful) S curve.  Classic.

Taste is different, both shoulders on the same level would look boring to me, but for sure I do not want to persuade you.

I agree with all the above (except dislike for the shoulder heights) and add that the minimal weight of the light and color really add a great deal.

I agree with all of the positive comments. This is a superb model portrait. I like the shoulder tilt because it creates a casual mood, rather than a stiff formal one. Everything about this shot works for me.
