setuporg Posted September 13, 2024 Share #1 Posted September 13, 2024 Advertisement (gone after registration) It just occurred to me that if you got the new close-focus lenses like the 35 APO and 28 Summicrons, you won’t be able to easily use their close focus range because you’d have to carry and attach an EVF. Or use the iPhone.

With other lenses you need to take care... regards Chris
setuporg Posted September 14, 2024 Author Share #5 Posted September 14, 2024 Realistically, FOTOS is amazing with the M11 class cameras, with the background push you get the shot at once if you do need to check it. I guess live view one the iPhone is a solution of sorts but would be awkward.

The idea of using an M11-D paired with the Visoflex 2 seems like a pretty cool setup to me.
Crem Posted October 2, 2024 Share #7 Posted October 2, 2024 Advertisement (gone after registration) Nobody ever mentions you can bring a measuring tape in your camera bag. There is a little line on the top of the camera to indicate where the sensor is. Problem solved. No EVF needed.
