But it is hard to find and is slow at the upper focal lengths. For me it replaced a Tokina 11-16 f2.8, adapted poorly from a Nikon F (G) mount. Anyway an f2.8 is nice for that focal range, I always prefer fixed fstop zooms. I would look for a used 11-23 when that gets tiresome get the Sigma. AdjusterBrett Posted December 31, 2023 Share #3 Posted December 31, 2023 I too have an interest, but the Sig was released 10/26/23, so tall order at this point, but I’m patient - heck, it’s not even made it’s way through the talking heads yet (YouTube)…. I have FF, so it needs to be pretty darn good to justify 600 bucks for a lens ONLY for the TL. The 11-23 gets rave reviews, but at >1000 and APS-C it’s a tall order.
