Welcome to the forum.

I suppose you took this serial from the lens. it is the fastest 50mm of its time. When in good condition, it can still produce nice results on either film or digital M camera's with a small adapter from LTM to M. This one is made in 1934.

If you need info about the camera, a picture would help. The body has a different serial, and we need a picture because these Barnack camera's could be upgraded over the years while keeping the original serial.
