Bill has published measurements for Q3. The PDR data for Q2, Q3 and M11:

https://www.photonstophotos.net/Charts/PDR.htm#Leica M11,Leica Q2,Leica Q3

ISO 50 is best avoided in both Q2 and Q3. At ISO 100, Q3 measures one stop better PDR than Q2.  Apart from M11's ISO 64, the PDR of Q3 is similar to M11's.

Q3 seems pretty ISO invariant from ISO 400 to ISO 12800:

For curiosity I clicked on an A7R5 to add that to the graph. If I am reading the chart correctly, it appears at ISO 100 up, the Leica sensor appears to have a 1 stop DR advantage over the R5 through the entire range.  Am I correct?

Bob

That does not seem to be the case. A7rV has a bit better PDR than Q3:

You can still use ISO 50 if the scene doesn't have strong highlights and or is light perfectly. ISO 50 does have better fine details in the shadows, you just have to be aware of the highlights and when to use it.

Interesting is the chart of the Sigma fp. I have one.🫠

One problem with P2P measurements is that ISO is not normalized. That issue can shift the curves to the right and make a camera look better at high ISO, but it is an illusion.
Bill suspects that is the case with fp-L as its base ISO is 160 and not 100.

Okay, Since I am not an expert in this field, I plugged in the A7R5 data into the second graph you linked and got the following.  My feeble brain indicates the Q3 fares better.  Is this correct?

The graph you linked to is about shadow improvement. It is not very useful for comparison between cameras.
