Menu help for a newbie please/

New Leica M11 user. Love the camera.  After attempting to customize menu, I often get reset back to default settings, but not sure why. Example: I will set Favorites, Customize Controls, and Capture Assistants, but after turning it off, it wants to go back to default settings.   What am I doing wrong?   Thanks in advance for advice.    - CM

Before turning the camera off, you may wish to save your custom settings into a User Profile, as suggested by @Photoworks above (page 4 of the main menu). After turning the camera off and on, just check that your User Profile is active with the same menu or the status screen.
