Inspired by André Malraux's essay Musée imaginaire,

I like this one, and this looks like a real picture of an imaginary thing.

This is maybe from The Louvre: a living room from the fifties. No later:

-with a Déchirage 'painting' (décollages went from the onset in the fifties to the seventies) and a pencil drawing from a surrealist (thirties?). Very exceptional space to live in.

Antonio Canova  Psyché revivid by Cupid' kiss     Louvre Paris

Having no art background except visiting museums and exhibitions in every country I visit, for me ART is something that provoques an emotion, preferably positive ,I mean pleasant.

I am still in the lower level , where beauty, proportions, are important.

I don't like being stressed.

The sculptor, Carl Milles created "Man and Pegasus" originally for Des Moines in Iowa 1949 while working as professor at Cranbrook Academy of Art in Michigan 1931-1950. His sculptures from that period can be found all over the world in several examples. The garden of his house "Millesgården" in Stockholm also displays most of them.

Below some crappy Kodachrome pictures I took in Millesgården 1977. (The "Man" in Hakone looks much cleaner...)
