It is more about where I am going and what I expect is available to shoot.

Even if cropping is possible to get the intended subject-- the bokeh and background can be substantially different if using most of the frame vs a crop.

So my answer would be no as well.  I do try to spread out the focal lengths a bit now that I have accumulated more lenses though..

Hmmm.... so by extension, when the M12 shows up with a 100Mpx sensor we'll all just mount a 28mm and make like an iPhone?

I often crop for composition... shooting in portrait with the intention of cropping landscape which useful for avoid distortion of vertical subjects. Using the added pixels as a digital zoom is really a last resort for dealing with the unanticipated.  Nice to have, but not something to generically rely on.

Even iPhones have three lenses.

I am finding myself leaving the 90 and 135 at home more and more. And instead bringing my Leica M6. How about you?

The last couple of years the 135 APO has become my walk around lens (mostly for a skyscape series I've been working on). I generally prefer for casual situations one lens, no bag. Then it's me that has to deal with the situation. Having the room to crop can be nice, but not a panacea for actually moving your feet or changing to a different lens if need be.

I own two lenses - a Summilux 50 and an APO Summicron 35.

Since getting the 35, the 50 has not been on the camera. However I am travelling up to the UK and Portugal later this year and will take both because (a) they are tiny and (b) why not?

It will be interesting to see what I end up using most.
