Almost nothing. Just cropped it a little from the bottom and hit Auto in LR4. I sent it to Silver Efex Pro to see if their film presets might do anything but decided no for this one.

It seems to me it is necessary to cut a little the left picture from below - to clean an ugly confusion...To emphasize on the girl in the center.
