thats a good way to show the different lenses with a set of related pictures, thanks.

I like them all, finding the the Canon is a bit too much for this kind of use,  and the finest lens here for this kind of portraits, imo is the Nokton

Thank you. I actually planned to use a greater diversity of lenses, but we had to cut the shoot short that day

Agree, number 6 - the nokton - I like best too.

The Canon is interesting (disappointing). I have the "LTM f/0.95" and use it on the fp. It is a lens with a beautiful background rendering (and not a real LTM). I wonder about the rendering of the colour of the f/1.2 here.

PS: More magenta (the b from LAB) helps. Below is the recommendation of Dan Margulis.

The colors for the LTM f1.2 are partially from the Portra 400 simulation I believe I used as a starting point for the edit. I believe I did bias the tint towards green rather than magenta for stylistic purposes. I read up a bit on the LAB color space, and found it quite interesting. Very jealous of the 0.95.

It is a raw one, not converted to rangefinder. I use an adapter for the fp (T-mount). Infinity is not on the infinity mark, but at 10+ meter. I could (should😉) shim it.

I made a mistake in my post, the b>0 from LAB is yellow, of course.
