And in these times of sadness and frustration, I found that a feather brought some ease of thinking. That's all. That is the power of a picture: -> dreaming...😊 And here, appreciated! Best. I see. I think it looks like a feather also. It is a single blade of grass as tall as a man. Thank you for enjoying it as I did.

I had the same trouble today when after uploading a b&w film image it was clearly messed up. I had my jpg open on one side of the screen and my forum post open on the other, simply no comparison. Same file. I never had this problem on any other forum, some of which do the resizing for you automatically, or any photo sharing site, or via email, etc. I tried reloading the page in my browser but no improvement. I had this trouble when I joined the forum so I stopped posting images. Well, it’s a hectic time and I don’t want to jump through hoops or rent software to edit images just to share my photos here, so I’m going back into lurking mode. I will continue to enjoy seeing the fine work from photographers far more skilled and try to learn from their collective wisdom! Edit: I think I found the problem, or at least a way around it. You have to click on the image in my post and pop it open in a new window to see it properly. Other people's images seem to look great without having to click on them so something I'm doing is still not right but at least now I can upload and if you click on the image you at least get something that's 90% of what I see instead of 40% of what I see !
