Some from a walk today in Cutler Park in Needham MA, all with the 55-135, a lens that is really growing on me, despite some annoying focusing issues. the swirling water played havoc with some of my sharpening, but I didn't want to back off: save the bugs!!

It's not often I get a decent photo of Otis. Here he is enjoying his shady spot in the summer sun.

Voigtlander 50mm f1.2. This is a sweet little lens. Taken at f1.4 or f1.6.

Thats a very nice picture.  Could benefit from being a bit brighter.  I'm sure you can get a lot more from those shadows as well without it looking artificial.

Thank you very much for the advice. I need plenty.  Is this a tad too much ?

Back from a weeks break with family in Croatia, not much to share as images are mostly of kids splashing in pools etc.  Also was far too hot (for me) to do much of anything as you can probably make out in the photo of the Arch of the Sergii, Pula, temperature sign to the right showing 38 degrees at around ten in the morning. A little too much I think - the green is beginning to look too homogenous.  Not sure what suggest, not having access to the original DNG file (I assume did shoot the original in RAW format?
