I guess I am too lazy to take them out of the display case. They are built like a "tank", and all the meters work except one or two. I like to get odd lenses for them, such as the 21 f3.4 (requires mirror lock-up), and chrome finish flex lenses. I continue to search for the earlies version, 1080001-1080100 (null series?). I do have 3-4 SL's, one of which my dad bought for me when I was 17. That one is Black Paint. And a SL-2 Mot with Motor. romanus53 Posted March 11, 2022 Share #18 Â Posted March 11, 2022 Lex is right, the rapid-focus devices made by Novoflex have some drawbacks and I would opt for other variants of the Xenar which was a little bit slow with 4.5 at that time, otherwise a fine lens.
