I have a Thinktank Mirrorless Mover 30i (perhaps the 25i would be even better)  and i can fit my M11 and Q2 with Voigt 50mm/2 Voigt 15mm/4.5 Heliar, and Voigt 28mm/2-- the EVF charger and extra battery.  I expect without the Q2 can fit a Leica 135/3.4.  I can take some photos with various configurations if anyone is interested.

I bought a Wotancraft Pilot 3,5l for my M10 as my Fogg Soprano was a bit tight for the M10 and Telyt 135. Would of course be a good fit for the M11, too.

I’ve been using the Wotancraft 7L for my M10 kit and love it. This bag holds a M body and 3-4 lenses plus all the necessary junk (plus an iPad). It fits perfectly under an airline seat and is great in the field. In fact I’m considering getting the 3.5 L for my M10 with 35/75 as a walkabout bag and the 10L for my SL2S kit.
Not as waterproof a closure as I’d like but it seems to work fine. After a week of hiking in the desert, the dirt and dust just wiped off. No issues with the snow in the mountains or rain storms back here in the islands. And I like the look of it far better than the Billingham Hadley Pro my wife appropriated.

The Pilot 3.5 is an excellent bag for walkabouts: not too large, but large enough for my M10 with an extra lens, the two zippockets are useful to store small items and the self closing magnetic buckle is handy but something I had to get used too. The easily adjustable strap is very convenient. Generally well made. I bought from a local shop but approached Wotancraft Taiwan for some questions and the response came within a day and was detailed. I find it well made and comfortable to carry.

The Dome F6 is a great shoulder bag for the  M11. I am able to fit M11 with lens attached, Leica Q2 and at least  3 additional lenses, EVF viewfinder and small flash.

The front pocket is for my extra batteries and other accessories. Not super padded but I pack this inside my carry on and still able to bring a laptop bag.

I bought the Oberwerth CAMERA BAG LOUIS VFLEX (M11) as the Visoflex 2 stick permanently to the M11.

It fits perfectly.

Is there a way to get 2 M11 with small lenses in that bag somehow?

Yes, absolutely.

In fact, I carry 3 lens in this bag with an attached Noctilux 0.95 (With Visoflex 2).

1. 21mm voigtlaender Color Skopar

2. Summilux 35mm ASPH 1.4

3. Summarit 90mm 2.4

Great bag !

Edited : Sorry, did not read your message carefully. Not too sure about 2 M11, but I carry 1 M11 with 3 lens.

If I wanted to take an M11 with a lens attached and another small lens on the side in a backpack in a flight and then put those into a small sling for walking around a city (and can pack flat into a suitcase during the flight), what would be the best option? The Peak Design 3L sling is a bit big and too bulky to pack down. Maybe the Wotancraft 2L? Or something from Grams28?

I just returned from the UK having done something similar. I had M262 with 28 Elmarit ASPH attached and a small P&S in a Crumpler pouch (discontinued) that resembles a shrunken Billingham Hadley insert with a drawstring. This was packed into a backpack for carry on luggage, but with inch thick foam on the base and back (harness side) to absorb aircraft vibration. On arrival, I dropped the pouch into a Wotancraft 7l that I had packed into my check-in suitcase.

The Wotancraft 7l easily squashes flat enough to fit into your main suitcase with minimal intrusion, so the 2l or 3.5l (the 2l might be a bit tight) would be no issue at all.  There’s no reason not to use the Wotancraft 3l as the pouch to drop into your backpack for carry-on, after removing the strap if you wish, and then just take it out for use as a sling on arrival. A few microfibre cloths wrapped around the camera and lens or folded/rolled up for extra padding when in carry-on mode would probably be a sensible idea. I always use soft pouches or similar for airline transit to make sure cameras and lenses aren’t rubbing against each other or the surface of the bag they’re stored in.

FWIW I purchased the Wotancraft 7l specifically for this trip and was very happy with its comfort and how it handled. Strap padding is excellent. I only wished I’d bought the 10l so I could carry the inevitable extras you need when travelling such as jacket/hat/snacks etc.

Hope this helps!

Very helpful! Thank you. Leaning towards the 2L but need to try and find info if it’ll fit an M11 with 50 lux attachment plus another small lens on the side, like a 24 super Elmar or 28 Summicron. I’m liking their side accessories pouches too for like a mini tripod or a ND filter. Or even use the side attachment pouch for the extra lens carry.

I've been using this Rofmia bag to carry my M11 with Visoflex attached, a 50/2 Apo Summicron ASPH and a 18/3.8 Super-Elmar ASPH. It'll also hold a battery and a Minox mini tripod, but they are hand-made in Japan in small quantities and sell out immediately when released:

I also have a Leica Aneas small shoulder bag, which has a unique sliding divider system, no nasty Velcro to deal with. Nowhere near as discreet, however. Long discontinued, sadly.

Otherwise I have a bunch of small Tumi Beale crossbody bags that will also hold a M with ease, albeit without padding.

I received the Wotancraft 3.5L and find it too large for me. If you're not a very big person, it can wear a little bulky. The inside has more vertical space than horizontal, and the provided divider isn't as flexible as something like the Peak Design ones. I found I could fit more, more effectively, in my PD 5L sling (1st gen) but the bags feel about the same physical size (despite the volume differences). With the 2L, it does seem like a perfect day bag for me - I currently have an M11 with 35 steel rim attached, a 90mm macro elmar on the side stacked on top of the macro adapter. On the outside, I have the Wotancraft phone case attached that easily fits the RRS pocket tripod and the BC-18 ballhead. And I can fit a VND + CPL filter into the coin purse attachment on the other side if desired. With the 2L, I can just about get my 35 FLE or 50 summilux in while attached on the camera as well while still having an additional lens on the side - it's a tight fit but it does work. I don't want to carry more than this generally when walking around - or if I do, I'd rather wear a backpack.

Anyway, highly recommend the 2L (though still need to travel with it). I like that it doesn't wear like you have a stiff box around your neck (which I find the Oberwerth's or even the Billingham Digital can do). Incredibly comfortable strap.
