Thanks so much again to Olaf for the wine, which was excellent by the way. Ravi’s choice of restaurant did us proud, even having a power cut so that we could see the city lit up properly. 😊 It was lovely to meet up with so many old, and new friends. Here’s to next year! We saw the guard change at 10 (the main event is at 11) and then climbed to the funicular rail service to the top of the hill. Even then it’s a lot of steps… The view is worth the €10 fee. Teturn flights are about €120 at the moment. however, taxi transfer takes 3:10 and costs about €300. anyone want to split it? (a) Size that image ready for posting to the Forum, with the longest side not greater than 2000 pixels and not greater than 1MB in file size.
