luigi bertolotti Posted September 24, 2021 Share #3 Posted September 24, 2021 (edited) I think there are several for some counrties.. here ìs one for Italy... Welcome, dear visitor! As registered member you'd see an image here… Simply register for free here – We are always happy to welcome new members! In my personal opinion... something more (10% ?) than a comparable standard can be reasonable... I don't expect they become a special collectible... of course to have all the flags can be a nice set ... 😁 . 554 items is reported, of which Korea and Brasil ought to be the scarcest ones : http://www.wetzlar-historica-italia.it/M7.html Edited September 24, 2021 by luigi bertolotti
 Simply register for free here – We are always happy to welcome new members! earleygallery Posted September 24, 2021 Share #4 Posted September 24, 2021 I've seen loads of these on ebay, various flags. I don't think they are worth any premium unless you want something 'different'.
M9reno Posted September 25, 2021 Share #5 Posted September 25, 2021 Is there a Colombian one?

If Columbia had a Leica dealer at the time the M7 was launched there should be a couple around somewhere, they were in-store demo cameras that couldn't officially be sold to the public at the time. willeica Posted September 25, 2021 Share #7 Posted September 25, 2021 Advertisement (gone after registration) These are relatively common and the premium paid would normally be low. They are usually called ' Flag Cameras' and they have been discussed here a few times before. Unless there is an Irish one, I'm not interested. My Irish engraved II Model D from April 1932 (confirmed with the Leica Archives) does me just fine. William
Anbaric Posted September 25, 2021 Share #8 Posted September 25, 2021 Why, I wonder, was 'test camera' (and the name of the country) always printed in English? A cynic might imagine they were targeting an English-speaking collector market all along.
