Please anybody knows if the M 240 has the lens detection for the Summilux 21mm f:1.4 Asph.?
I can't find it in the list of lenses in the Lens Detection menu.

I have the firmware 2.0.6.0
Is there a new upgrade i didn't see?

Find this quite strange.
Thank you for any help.

As far as I can recall, the lenses listed are only those that could have been supplied pre 6-bit coding being introduced ie where auto detection won’t work.

All Summilux 21s are coded so they don’t need to be listed....

The OP has a Voigtlander 21mm 1.4, not the Summilux, that's why he's looking for the lens in the detection menu.

@epand your best bet is to code the lens yourself, that's what I did with the Ultron

Simene, you're right. I 6bit coded my CV 21/1.4 as a Summilux 21, but maybe I did something wrong because when switching on the LV, camera told be no lens was attached.
Thank you all for your answers. I will try again.
Wish you all a merry Christmas and a hopefully better new year (shouldn't be so difficult).

If you set to no lens detection (that is my way when I use LV or EVF), this message would not appear.

Arnaud, thank you for your hint. I managed to code my Nokton 21/1.4 as Summilux 21/1.4 and now it perfectli works and is correctly detected by camera. I was just doing it the wrong way.
