How to upload images: Prepare the image as follows: 1.   The image should be sRGB and 8-bits 2.   Reduce the size to 2048 pixels on the longest side. (smaller sizes can be set, but are not recommended) 3.   Sharpen properly for screen. 4.   Save as JPG to your desktop, reducing JPG quality to produce 2000 kB (5000 kB for sponsoring members). 5.   In Lightroom these parameters should be set in the Export dialog. 6.   In the Forum posting or editing box, click “choose Files” and s

first shots with my new cl and 23/2 lens. this is my guardian zombie gnome. cl f2.8 @1/80 iso100. standard profile w/sharpness bumped up a notch which usually saves me from doing it in post.

i haven't shot at 35mm focal length in quite awhile and i was caught by surprise how little depth of field there was when opened up for dim indoor lighting and at close distances. here's one of my two favorite models, rosso il gatto or ross with only the eyes in focus. if you have cats, you never lack for test subjects. cl f2.8 @1/20th iso 2000.

uh, oh. won't let me upload and says there's a limit of 1.19mb. perhaps that's a daily limit and the image i just uploaded before this one took up most of it. i downsized this one to 1200px and it let me upload.

Thank you! Yeah, Sweden was a really poor country before WWII. Famine and oppression made people seek a better future for their families. Who wouldn’t.

I really like this Mikozia! The red contrasts with the yellow sky; the single bird, plus the glowing lights. Looks great.
