Cat in a bag...

At first I thought 'Cat in a bag', then looked I would never put a cat in my camera bag!!

It is a good picture though I am certain of that.

This strange growth is a rose gall caused by the gall wasp, Diplolepsis rosae.

Leica T/Summilux-M 50 ASPH
1/250, -⅓ EV, ISO 100.  Not sure of the aperture. Might have been f/4.

Hi Stephen,

One of the joys of having a Scottish Fold is that you don't have to put them in a bag. They will do it themselves and this applies to bags, paper bags, boxes, containers, etc.

Hi Gary, great photos and amazing details!

would you mind sharing the photos of the camera with elpro connected? It sounds very interesting

Can,

OK, not quite the set up I described, but I had a quick go at some more this morning, to no avail, too much wind.

The phone shot shows what I used today though.

T, with M-T adapter fitted.

Then an e bay EOS to M adapter.

Then an e bay Leica R to EOS adapter.

Then the 50mm Summicron R, with Elpro V1b fitted.

No flower shot though, it was swaying back and forth too much.

Gary

You and Gary are making me quite envious of all these superbly framed and lit shots! Enough! (joking of course), I am enjoying gathering tips and see what beauties other people create with some of the same equipment. I have the 18-56 and 55-135 and not in a hurry to get other lenses. Of course it could be that the quality of light is that much better in Texas as here in Switzerland........

Quite a rig there of various adapters and what a shame about the wind........ the one thing one cannot fix.
