How to upload images: Prepare the image as follows: 1.   The image should be sRGB and 8-bits 2.   Reduce the size to 2048 pixels on the longest side. (smaller sizes can be set, but are not recommended) 3.   Sharpen properly for screen. 4.   Save as JPG to your desktop, reducing JPG quality to produce 2000 kB (5000 kB for sponsoring members). 5.   In Lightroom these parameters should be set in the Export dialog. 6.   In the Forum posting or editing box, click “choose Files” and s

Voigtlander 21mm @f4 1/1600 ISO100

 

Nice color rendition, center is very sharp, outer edges a tad soft

 

Overall pleased, needed a wider lens than my standard Summicron 50 which is effectively a 75 on the Leica T (great portrait setup! but not used to shooting with a mid-tele).  Had my reservations when considering such a slow lens at f4 but the ISO adjustability of digital cameras really helps make it usable in lower light conditions.

Inspired by the Elpro trials I see Dunk undertaking I sought out a couple of these close up accessories myself.

Right now I am hamstrung in as much as attaching them to the intended camera (my X-Vario) but I am able to use them freely with my T.

 

Nothing special, and a quick waltz around the garden, handheld. The wind was playing havoc, but I'll try again in the morning if it is more calm.
