M10R CV 28mm f.2 Ultron II. _ given all the talk about energy crisis/prices... we have a few of these in the sheds, might be time to dust them off and get them ready for winter.

This guy didn't get the memo that it was time to leave these parts (and it is a guy in this case.)  Warm weather must have fooled him.  I'm finding the M10R with the 50/2 is accurate to focus even close up wide open using the finder.

IMHO, it looks much more artsy like this. Also, there surely must be something wrong with breathing fumes from burning kerosene.  😉

Four "likes" for a portrait this nice? Come on folks, get with the program.

I do not possess a M10R, it is images like this one, and others in the thread including your own, that keep bringing me back here.  Some have a depth of colour and 3Dimensionality which to me, is very eye catching and holds huge appeal.  There appears to be something different happening that I first noticed in one of Jonos introduction photos (the one in a kitchen).

Good point and a good argument for posting both here and in the Photo part of the forum. I also agree with you about images from the M10R. It's just a fabulous camera.

No, it comes after several churches in Italy and Spain. It’s a sort of funny idea, but for me depressing and austere (and not because of this photo).

Well, it's certainly different from any of the traditional churches in Italy and Spain, or elsewhere.  I like the fact that it gives the impression of reaching for the heavens; and no, I'm not in any way religious.  But thanks for your comment and I respect your opinion.
