Musotographer Posted November 9, 2020 Share #104 Posted November 9, 2020 (edited) The wonderfully pocketable thin Tele-Elmarit and the Elmarit-R are both invaluable lenses, but this is my favourite, the early Summicron (1964): (M10M) It's a bit of a beast so it tends to be used at home or on outings with the car, but it's very easy to focus and I think its rendering rivals the 75 & 80 Summiluxes. But it’s a bit of a question for me whether this is a true advertising for the early Summicron 90, you should know if you know the other Leica 90’s very well. The light is so good, as well as the expression, the exact angle of the eyes to the viewer, the moment: this adds all up to the final story.
