M10M 24MM cropped. yellow filter ISO 160. 1/500 f8

I shoot this building regularly depending on the angle of the sun and the type of clouds. The building is a classic mid century modern building with refurbished curved glass.

This discontinued 24mm Elmar is my standard lens on the M10M now. With so much resolution, I can crop in post easily as if I had a zoom, or a Q2 mono. With full frame I would have needed a 30mm lens which is difficult to find.

handheld 35mm Summilux , Maldives

I exposed on lights which made it dim so pushed the shadow to max in post even pushed exposure and still the image looks good. I have noticed higher resolution sensor are better in post in fact much better even the M10R.

Thanks for the description in post. Expose for highlights then process shadows and bring up the dark areas

It has been well over a month since I had any opportunity to wield my M10M.  Managed a brief outing earlier this week.

Tucked away among the trees - 50mm f1 v4 @ f1.

A strange thing to find anywhere these days, let alone hidden among the trees!

Did you use a filter with this? The phone box looks lighter than I would expect so I wonder if you had an orange or red on the lens.

Three from this afternoon, as the sun was getting lower, in Asakusa, Tokyo. My favorite time of day to shoot.

A very much disused phonebox.

Probably a combination of very faded paintwork, a medium yellow filter and me playing about with localised contrast in LR.
