Three views of St Mary's Church in Purton, Wiltshire.  One of only three churches in England having both tower and spire.  M10M, 21mm Super Elmar-M f3.4.

Hallo Keith,

I realy like Your greytones. They are so close to the analog baryte tones!

Greetings

Wolfram

They are indeed very nice photos - you have some lovely locations in Wiltshire.  The only issue I have found with my 21mm is keeping the verticals straight.  Despite my best endeavours with the level gauge and the grid in live view, my buildings still have a habit of converging.  I've just downloaded the new Nik software, which as added Perspective Efex to the suite of programs, so I will be trying this.

Thanks!  As regards vertical verticals (!), I process in LR Classic and generally clicking one of the choices in the 'Transform' section is sufficient.  For more extreme cases I'll edit in PS and use the Transform and Perspective options there.

I use photoshop to adjust vertical convergence.  I've noted with wide angle lenses I am closer to a structure, have to aim the camera up towards the subject and creating more convergence issues as compared to a longer lens.... but of course that changes the composition.  Really like your Purton images, thank you for sharing...

"Never had such good results!!" Why that's the exact same thing I've been thinking about all my lenses!
