How to upload images: Prepare the image as follows: 1.   The image should be sRGB and 8-bits 2.   Reduce the size to 2048 pixels on the longest side. (smaller sizes can be set, but are not recommended) 3.   Sharpen properly for screen. 4.   Save as JPG to your desktop, reducing JPG quality to produce 2000 kB (5000 kB for sponsoring members). 5.   In Lightroom these parameters should be set in the Export dialog. 6.   In the Forum posting or editing box, click “choose Fil

Post 1 of 3 reflecting my first real venture with the Q2 as a point-and-shoot--at Daughter #3's wedding a couple of weeks ago.  During the hustle and bustle of the day I failed to pay attention to my choice of aperture (I generally shoot aperture priority), plus the shutter speed dial inadvertently shifted from A to 1/2000 leading to wide swings in ISO throughout the day...  No post-processing--all are direct JPEG exports of the DNG files from LR.  Nothing spectacular, but it sure is a fun camera to use and I will continue to strive for the types of captivating images you all post on this forum.
