How to upload images: Prepare the image as follows: 1.   The image should be sRGB and 8-bits 2.   Reduce the size to 2048 pixels on the longest side. (smaller sizes can be set, but are not recommended) 3.   Sharpen properly for screen. 4.   Save as JPG to your desktop, reducing JPG quality to produce 2000 kB (5000 kB for sponsoring members). 5.   In Lightroom these parameters should be set in the Export dialog. 6.   In the Forum posting or editing box, click “choose Fil

I agree! I tried it in B&W and will post below. For B&W I should have taken the picture from the other direction!

Playing with the macro function.  Still getting used to 28mm.  What a pleasurable camera to use. Resized to 2048 looks terrible though.  Gotta work on this.

This is my first post with my new Q2 Reporter. These are my grandaughters out for a walk. I didn't direct them to do this; the older one spontaneously decided to kiss the younger one.

I had my Q2 up for sale in a camera store, as I was more than happy with my Q2M. I shoot about 95% b&w. But it didn’t sell, so I asked for it back, and I’m glad I did. It’s going to help me appreciate colour photography. Edited in Exposure 7.
