No sooner did I buy a Q-P did the Leica Store call and inform me they had a Q2 for the taking. A friend bought the Q-P I got two weeks ago but wasn't interested in the Arti De Mano half case I have. I love this case, but I prefer to shoot on smaller SD cards. Taking the case off every time I fill a card with 47MP files will drive me mad so I'm going to sell my Arti De Mano. If anyone is interested PM me. I would prefer sell this to a fellow enthusiast in this community rather than throw it on eBay.

I have received the LIM and for the price very good value IMHO.  I also just received the Tekiac and excellent and service 1st rate.  I had incorrectly thought I could swap cases quickly but found i need to remove the strap in order to swap case.  So if you plan to make 'quick' change, bear that in mind.  I have not yet tried it as I am 'playing' with the LIM and the dovetail takes my Really Right Stuff attachments fine.  It would have been nice to have a center mark on the dovetail thought.

I had the lim and sent it back. Adm is so much better. A Little shorter too. Love the bottom that opens to get the battery and card. Card is bit tricky to get out if you have fat fingers but use a tweezer.  It also screws into the tripod hole.  I have not taken the adm case off since I got it a month ago.

I am enjoying LIM's so far.  The access to the card and battery are great and the included Arca plate will be handy for an upcoming trip where I want to use a tripod for sunsets.  Will be great not having to worry about bringing a plate or bracket or taking the case off to attach one.  I didn't think I'd care much about the grip, but now that I'm used to it, it's nice to have.  As others have said, it's a great value; nicely made with very thoughtful features that work well for my use.

Lims...well made and provides a good degree of protection without hampering access to battery compartment. There’s a handgrip plus tripod bush in the aluminium baseplate.

So nobody has used the KAZA case for their Q?

I've had it (in beautiful vintage brown leather) for my Fuji X-Pro 1 and was very happy with the quality and feel of it.
Now, I jumped the Fuji ship and ordered a barely used Q and am looking to get a nice leather half-case for it.

The battery door should be accessible and it would be great if it was possible to mount it to a tripod QR plate (through a screw thread).

Also, there must be a grip present, to increase hold on the camera.

Also, I would prefer if the price was below 100 USD shipping (just the half case, the Kaza in black leather is 89$)

Are there any alternatives to the KAZA in that prize range, or should I just get that one again?

I recently purchased a used Arti De Mano half case for my Q-P. It's well made and beautiful, but the fit is a little tight for my taste. In the past I've owned cases by Luigi, which IMO, are the gold standard for quality hand crafted leather cases.

Is your Arti De Mano the limited stealth model for the Q-P? How do the buttons look covered in leather?

I purchased the Megagear case for my Q and put it on right away. Was only planning on using it for a few weeks until I finished the design on my own case (first design, then 3d print, and  CNC out of aluminum/brass and anodize black if the cost isn't crazy)

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B078YPQ8S7/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Fit was perfect and feel in the hand was pretty good. "leather" quality is good enough, but not great. Used this paired with a Thumbs-up and the grip felt really good. The strap the megagear case comes with isn't that great, but what can you expect for ~$20? Battery/SD card compartment access was good and passthrough tripod screw worked well also.
