The image is surprisingly very sharp for f/1. How much pp is in it?

Here's the image imported into Lightroom Classic, zero sharpening or additional processing.

Thanks. I would bet your life that my copy of the Noctilux f/1 v4 isn't that sharp wide open. Perhaps I got lens which was on a Friday prepared and Monday manufactured. Nice shot though.

Like it , though the chromatic aberration front and rear of focus really jumps out on the high contrast lens scales, but not on the cloth.

And 1.0 from the past… I actually like the 1.2 much more than I thought I would. I bought it on a whim, was just browsing and one retailer happen to have it in stock, so I pulled the trigger to try it out. So far I think I’m going to keep it, even though I’m not really a 50mm guy.

28mm is my workhorse, but I just realized that between the 0.95, 50/1.2 reissue and SL 50/2 APO, I suddenly have 3 50mm lenses…

Well…clearly you need to round that out with a 50 Summilux—just to have something to bang around with..😏
