An impressive amount of detail possible with the new Ektachrome. I would love a 400 speed version to be re-released--in the meantime, I'm going to try pushing to 400 to see what happens. Click through for hi-res. These were scanned at 7200dpi.

Both taken with a Leica M6 TTL. This shot with the APO Summicron 50.

And this one with the Summilux 35 FLE v2.

Took my backdrop outside. Wind destroyed it (as to be expected) and played amongst the crinkled background and floor. This was taken on an outside basketball court (it was not being used).

It was originally shot with Portra 400, but I was not going to like the colour I got from this and so changed it to black and white. Subtle blue tint amongst the highlight/shadow.

I like this candid series.

Are you sure about the 50mm for this one, the bucket on the lower right seem distorted.

Really like the tones from this film.

Thanks for the kind words and yes, you are totally right, this is not the 50mm, sorry. Took this with the 28mm cron. Take >90% of my images with the 50 and only very few with the 28, thanks for pointing this out.

Best Regards and a wonderful weekend,

Ralf

I took this shot for a "Long Exposure" challenge in another forum, I don't use 35mm much these days so I thought I'd share this one here as well. MP, 35mm Summaron 3.5, Portra 160 with Lee Little Stopper at 1 second exposure time. I also replicated this shot with my M9 for the same challenge and have posted that in the M9 shots thread.

Cropped to square as the right portion of the negative was messed up at the end of the roll.
