Very nice colors, very well scanned and very clear images coming out of this old Summicron, thanks for sharing! I would be delighted if I could make such scans with my humble PlusTek

Thanks Otto.  Interesting to hear you say that as I am on the verge on buying a scanner and have been looking at the Plustek.  Only thing that has stopped me is that the lab I send film to at the moment have lightening turnaround and are very reasonably priced so laziness prevails!  I purchased the M3 and DR earlier this year, they have been in the same hands from new, 1956 Camera and 1958 the lens.  When I paid a visit to Malcolm Taylor a couple of months ago he commented on how remarkably clean the lens was, not sure either have seen much use in their lifetime, I intend to change that, thanks again.

M3 50mmDR and my first outing with Portra 160 - nice colours, lab develop & scan - imported to lightroom and just auto adjusted.

All great photos but the one with the flowers is fantastically jaw dropping.  The colors and crispness and blur are amazing.

Agreed. The transition from the flowers in the foreground, through the trees, to the flags in the background at the top of the frame is just gorgeous.

Hi,

I am new here in this forum - shooting with a digital Leica D-Lux 109 since some time. Recently I bought a M2 and a Voigtländer 35mm lens - learning to shoot analog Film (again).

First Film done. Some Examples are attached.

Regards,

Xelor

Just learning, that big files size is an issue.
