I took this portrait of English jazz pianist Julian Joseph in 2016 using my M9 and Zeiss 50mm f1.5 lens @ 1250iso. Shutter was 1/125 and aperture f5.7. It was shot as .dng for use by the theatre, and I have only just converted it to mono using LRCC. Lighting was stage lighting (i.e. no flash).

Hope you like it!

The lighting is outstanding, I like how only the face and the silhouette are emphasized.

Thank you Stefan. It was just the normal stage lighting during rehearsals, and conversion from the .dng in LRCC.

Pleased you liked it,

Gerry
