Hi Adam - I like the shots vis a vis composition - effective as reportage. Not quite sure about the color rendition of the film, or is it a scan/screen induced hue?

 Thanks. Best, Coos

Thanks, Coos.

This is expensive "hard to find" Made-in-Germany high grain experiemtnal color film.

I call it the time-machine film.  It's an acquired taste, for sure.  Crazy hues and color palette are straight from the film!  It's awesome, don't you think?!!!

Nice pictures, but I don't like at all the color-grain rendition. I wonder why one should use a Leica and a Summilux 35 FLE to achieve pictures worst than those of any cellular phone around.

I think that what you fist need to understand is that I purchased this film stock precisely b/c I wanted this exact color-grain rendition.  I think the very (very) old fashioned look is cool and fun to play around with.  This is my artistic choice.

Your comments exemplify the attitude of so many digital photographers these days, who have sold out their artistic freedoms to a flat and sterile digital sensor.

Try opening your mind a little.  :)

Brilliant all round from the sentiment of the protesters to the wonderful film

Sincere thanks, Charles.  This thread is demonstrating that this film stock is about as controversial as President Trump - even more fitting that the two were paired for this series!
