Henri Nennen Prize 2012

This was a nice Award Show for Journalists and Photographers.

In 2012 Franz Christian Gundlach got the Prize for his lifetime achievements.

Here some of his iconic shots:

We from eachfilm made the visuals for the performance.

And after more than 6 months of work I finally stood near one of my idols.

This was a very moving moment for me.

Now this is a shot with the Leica M9 and I processed it with super resolution.

I will print a proof in the next weeks so I can tell you if this will give us a lot of fun with the archive. !

Happy searching for old pictures.

The psd File has 920mb

The DNG 260 mb

I recently had the cover glass on my M9 replaced by ACS in Norfolk UK.

I have been out and about taking photos & firmly believe the M9 has kept it's original 'mojo', a job very well done.

These photos are 'as shot', I have applied absolutely nothing in post only resized.

Bit greeny WB, but it is great to know the sensor glass was replaced without any big issues.

The M9 always was a bit greeny without any WB adjustment as you know yourself, happy to report no other major issues
