Did you increase the contrast on the 21mm version? I'm just asking because the difference between the two monochrome versions you have posted is quite a bit less visible than in the quick and easy conversions I did. Or maybe it's just the application, I used (your jpegs obs) in Iridient Developer.

I do prefer the angle of the gate in the 21mm but I also prefer that there is a little more sky between the gate and the branch in the 35mm. Anyway, sorry, I'll stop analysing your photos now. :)

No problem. If you want to post your versions I'd love to see them. For my conversions I was lazy this morning before going out on another photowalk so I just popped them both into PS Elements and converted them in that both treated exactly the same convert, add a bit of contrast and brighten same on both.

I really love the color the M9 Kodak sensor produces. There is really something special even my SL doesn't have.
