This thread is suffering from overposting by a few members; I have hidden some posts. It is a an unwritten convention that we leave space for other participants. The reason is twofold: Overposting drowns out the other posts and, as important, if one floods a thread, the viewers lose interest and won't even look at those posts any more. I love this shot, Alain. The composition, the subject and the colors; all work so well. I am glad you are not using an unattractive and heavy frame ( that is not very “Leica” to my view ) to screw it up! 👍😉🍷

Hm, not only that. "Same" even regarding the theme: Random "snapshots" of people, all too often staring at their damned phones - or at least holding the worshipped thing in their hands.
I have noticed that these kind of images are very "popular", but regarding me, such "shots" do not at all need any exclusive, high performance gear. Some of these "shots" are fun, some are very interesting, but many of them are just same-same without so much individuality in them. We are all individuals, why then so much imitating behavior?
I have never really understood why we are attracted to imitate. 
Maybe because some kind of agreement about that "Leica-M is a street-shot-camera, and everyone with one in their hands is some kind of Cartier-Bresson-wanna-be".
There were no real alternative gear for that genius man to use, which may be nearly the only reason why Leica nowadays is so associated with this kind of images.
Please, think of it, and do not overreact in affect. Or in defence. And do not conclude that I think that my images are something very special or so.
