Is this using the toy lens setting

 

Hi, no,  it's playing in LR using graduated filters across a sharpened image. Layering the blurring gives the optical effect of tilt-shift. A combination of 4-5 grad filters across the image, blurring the fore and far ground, above and below a sharpened point to create the effect and draw the eye in.

What about put the EXIF and any other useful information at each photo we post?

It can help others and gives a good idea about the Q's habilities?

Would like everybody's feeling on this proposal.
