It looks good to me: but ISO 100 would have got you two more stops.

Thanks I don’t know what I did wrong at 100 ISO the whole image was so over exposed. Even at F16 and 1/15th sec, so I chose ISO 400. The image was also over-exposed, so this posted here was a severe crop, as the water was the focus of my attentions.

It is a robin.  I had a typo of its location (which I've since edited) as Powers Court, not Powers Cout.

Was that taken with a 75mm crop I can hardly imagine getting so close to a Robin as they are very aware of any movement. It is a brilliant picture, I just hope I can get such brilliant ones with a Q!
