Found this over on the German M10 thread "M10 vs. M240 - Farben und so ..." (thank goodness for Google translate) and the below settings are turning out to be a good starting point to finally getting along with the LR M10 profile. 
 

Here again my calibration values ​​for LR (to be set in the development module under camera calibration):
 
Primary values ​​Red: Hue +10; Saturation -5
Primary values ​​Green: hue 0; Saturation 0
Primary values ​​Blue: hue 0; Saturation -20
 
The hue red could turn a bit higher, if it is only about the skin tone, but shifts the other too much. The hue of green could turn a bit down, if you used to like Agfa green.


Also, as I had read, saw in my own very limited testing, I am finding the skin tones easier to work with than my Sony's (sold a bunch of FF Sony gear to fund my M10) so pretty happy so far.
