I'll keep patiently waiting on my black one, back ordered since March 28 at B&H. I ordered a black one from B&H on Jan 27 and it just shipped this week (8/21). I would have canceled earlier if it weren't for the locked in original price and nearly $100 worth of B&H loyalty credits. I ordered this late February and the estimation of ETA is 12-16 weeks at that time. When I asked the status to Leica shop Vienna, they always reply promptly. However I also felt that the store doesn't tell any true status about the orders but unavailability. I ordered mine on April 24th and I wanted to know how far down the list I was for a Black one. It took me re-stating the question several times to finally pin them down. They initially had about 100 ordered since the beginning and based on my order date I was somewhere in the middle. That would put 50 people ahead of me. You do the math. I told them I had pre-paid in full via PayPal and could I cancel should I choose to do so. They said "Yes" so at least I can get my $$ back. So there you go.
