The most prolific vintage lens users seem to be gone / have been banned (Steven and JMF), am I next? 😐 I hadn't noticed JMF around for a few days and with most members that usually means that they're on holiday, or taking a break, or a bit busy and reappear after a few days. Steven last visited the forum on Friday and appears to be a member as normal so I assume that he'll return to this thread when he's ready. I searched for Jean-Marc (JMF) and was surprised to find that he's now listed as "Guest JMF", which means his membership is temporarily suspended and that could be at his request or he might have received a temporary ban for some reason or might even be a glitch with the recent software update and he will return. If something has occurred in another thread then I'm not aware of it but I hope not. I have no more info than that and no means of getting any so I hope JMF returns soon. Ecar is another of this thread's longest and strongest contributors and I'm pleased to say that his membership seems healthy and he 'liked' a post two above yours so I'm glad to say that he's still contributing. Just so you know, I'm not a Mod so I have no means of banning anyone and normally a member needs to do something unusual to receive a ban and then ignore warnings. I recall one very outspoken member, PaulMac, who upset a great many members on numerous occasions by aggressively discussing politics, which are not permitted under the Forum's rules, but the Forum is a fairly tolerant place and after a lot of warnings and temporary 'cooling-off' bans he eventually received a permanent ban, which didn't surprise anyone. I don't know why you would 'be next' or why anyone would be next so my advice is to carry on as normal and continue posting lovely pictures please. 🙂 Pete. 1

I understand now that there has been a problem that I had not heard about between some members and the Forum's management. Andreas, the Forum's owner and Admin has said that he will address it later today in a thread in the "About the Leica Forum" sub-forum. My apologies if I had unknowingly misled anyone. I have been on holiday for a few weeks, so missed the M11 launch and the whole drama (seriously? this is just a forum after all...) In the process, I understand Steven was banned, while JMF and a couple of others cancelled their accounts here. Fortunately, there are other ways of staying in touch 😉 Anyway, here's a couple from Tanzania with the M10P ASC + 2001 Konica UC-Hexanon 35/2, probably @ f/4 or f/5.6 (yes, the Cessna's name ends with LOL and that's the runway...)
